In today’s vast on-line shopping business customer service is often led by impersonal bot-driven AI but not with Halo. It was so refreshing to deal with a company that excels in friendly human customer service along with offering excellent quality products. From start to finish each of my orders were processed & delivered within the stated shipping timeframe. Upon receipt I noticed a product error & contacted Halo. The issue was immediately addressed & rectified speaking with a friendly human from their Customer Service Dept. who immediately apologized & corrected the error & a replacement was sent free of charge & delivery and was told to keep the original product that I had received in error.
Halo’s website is very easy to navigate making ordering a breeze.
My overall experience and rating is a 9.5/10 with 5 stars. In these times it is so welcoming to see a company who truly cares about customer satisfaction. Hands-downs Halo is a top-notch company. Hats off to Halo & its employees for a job well done!! :)
